I think I slept contorted in odd shapes (again). My joints hurt, my elbows the worst. From my elbow to shoulder is super sore, but not the muscle…I can’t explain it. My back hurts but not excruciatingly, just a dull, annoying pain. I imagine myself laying on my side with both arms pulled as far behind me as possible, laying on one arm, back bent.
